Pending Zoning Application

Below is a listing, by the scheduled Public Hearing date, for zoning relief applications which are pending consideration by the Village.
Click on the address or title to view additional information and the nature of the zoning relief requested. Public comment is invited at the Public Hearing. Documents related to each application may be inspected during business hours in the Community Development Department. The Village has also developed a story map which graphically shows significant developments in the community that are being reviewed or have been approved. This story map is available here.
January 20, 2021 Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting
- Case #ZB-01-21: 7250 North Cicero Avenue – Approval of a Variation Related to the Number of Permitted Signs
Consideration of a request by Kovach Eye Institute, Petitioner, on behalf of 7250 N Cicero Avenue, LLC, Property Owner, to approve a Variation to allow the installation of an individual tenant sign in a multi-story, multi-tenant office building at 7250 North Cicero Avenue. During this Hearing, the Zoning Board of Appeals may consider any additional relief that may be discovered during the review of this case.
January 7, 2021 Plan Commission Meeting
- Case #PC-01-21: 4010 West Touhy Avenue – Approval of a Special Use to Allow a Drive-Through Facility to Support an Outpatient Medical Office Use
Consideration of a request by Parc Professional, on behalf of the Stanley Bazianos and Sophia Bazianos Trust, Property Owner, to approve a Special Use to permit a drive-through facility in order to support an “outpatient medical office” use at the property commonly known as 4010 West Touhy Avenue. During this Hearing, the Plan Commission may consider any additional relief that may be discovered during the review of this case.

December 21, 2020 Special Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting
- Case #ZB-06-20: 3300-3310 West Devon Avenue – Approval of Variations Related to Building Facade Materials
Consideration of a request by 3300 W. Devon, LLC, Property Owner, to approve Variations to allow 1) a commercial façade incorporating high-quality materials on less than 75% of the façade area and 2) allowing the use of an exterior insulation finishing system as a façade material at 3300-3310 West Devon Avenue. During this Hearing, the Zoning Board of Appeals may consider any additional relief that may be discovered during the review of this case.
